Online stores engineered past the template

Anyone can launch a shop in a weekend; running one profitably at scale is a systems problem.

The e-commerce platforms made starting easy — and left every serious merchant with the same second-stage problems: a theme that buckles under real catalogue complexity, stock that drifts out of sync with the warehouse, orders retyped into the ERP, couriers managed by hand, and checkout friction quietly taxing every session. That second stage is where we work. Our team builds and rescues online stores for European merchants on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and custom stacks, with the connective tissue that decides profitability: ERP and fulfilment integration, feeds to marketplaces and price comparators, EU VAT handling across borders, and performance tuned until Core Web Vitals stop costing you rankings. We inherit existing stores as often as we build new ones — an audit tells you which is worth doing.

What you get

Stock truth across channels

Warehouse, store, and marketplaces share one synchronised inventory — overselling and ghost stock end, whatever the sales channel mix.

Orders flow untouched

From checkout to ERP to courier label to tracking email without human hands — staff handle exceptions, not the routine.

Selling across EU borders handled

OSS VAT rates, multilingual catalogues, per-country payment preferences and shipping rules — the compliance layer of EU e-commerce, done once and correctly.

The integrations that decide the day

Stock synchronised in both directions between shop, warehouse and marketplaces, so that oversells stop happening on exactly the products that sell fastest. Orders flowing into the ERP without a human retyping them. Courier selection, label printing and tracking updates automated. Product feeds kept current for comparison engines and advertising platforms.

Cross-border selling adds its own layer: VAT determined by destination and thresholds, prices and content per market, returns handled under differing consumer-protection rules, and payment methods matched to local habit rather than to assumption. These mechanics separate a shop that turns a margin from one that turns revenue and quietly loses money on operations.

Frequently asked questions

Platform or custom shop — what do you advise?

Platform (usually Shopify or WooCommerce) until your catalogue logic, pricing or fulfilment genuinely will not fit — custom earns its cost only then. We are blunt about which side of the line you are on.

Can you take over our existing store without downtime?

Yes — takeover starts with a technical and performance audit, changes ship incrementally behind the live store, and replatforming, if ever needed, runs in parallel with a planned cutover, not a leap.

What actually moves conversion for stores like ours?

In our audits, mobile page speed, checkout friction and payment method coverage move most stores far more than redesigns do. We measure yours first — then spend budget where the numbers point.

Can EU grants fund an online store?

For companies registered in Romania, digitalisation calls have generally treated e-commerce platforms and their integrations as eligible expenditure, but what any single call accepts is stated only in that programme's applicant guide. We build the shop and prepare the technical specification in the form the funding dossier requires.
