Call PRNV/2023/121/1, through which the Regional Programme (Programul Regional) Nord-Vest funded SME digitalization across the region's six counties, closed on 25 November 2024 at 10:00, and the selected projects are now in contracting and implementation. Per the applicant guide, the non-repayable grant ranged from EUR 10,000 to EUR 100,000 per project, at a granted co-financing rate of 90% with a minimum own contribution of 10% of eligible costs, under a de minimis aid scheme; the call allocation was EUR 16,764,705.90, of which EUR 14,250,000.00 from the ERDF. For winning companies, the hard part is only beginning: approved expenses have to become working systems, accepted and documented for reimbursement, within the maximum nine-month implementation period set by the guide, and then maintained for three years of durability. This is where we come in — we develop the eligible software component (ERP, CRM, automation, e-commerce platforms), deliver in stages with signed acceptance protocols, and prepare precisely the documents each reimbursement request will demand. For companies that did not submit, this page does not pretend the call is still an opportunity: the realistic alternatives are the active national calls — POCIDIF 2.1 for IT-coded companies, running until 30 September 2026 — plus any future regional windows, which we monitor monthly.

How we help
Implementation that protects the funding
We deliver against the phases in the funding contract, with reimbursement paperwork prepared — not just software, but its dossier too.
Eligible systems, not improvisations
ERP, CRM, automation, e-commerce: we build within the approved expense categories, so every invoice fits its budget line.
Honesty for those without a contract
If you missed the call, we point you straight to what is open now at national level — no keeping you on a dead page.

Frequently asked questions
Our Nord-Vest company signed the call-121 contract — what implementation deadline do we have?
The guide sets a maximum implementation period of nine months from the signing of the funding contract, not later than 31 December 2029; the exact deadline is in your own contract with ADR Nord-Vest. The practical rule: subtract procurement and acceptance time from it and you will find that development has to start earlier than it seems. We run that reverse calendar calculation on your contract.
Can we change the software solution compared with what we wrote in the funding application?
Changes are possible within the limits of the contract — usually via notification or an addendum, provided the result and the expense category remain those approved. The key is documenting functional equivalence; we can prepare the technical justification for the conversation with your project officer.
What digitalization funding still exists right now for an SME in the region?
At regional level, at our 30 July 2026 check the only Nord-Vest call open to SMEs was 132.A.2, for initial investments inside smart specialisation parks, running until 31 December 2026. At national level: POCIDIF 2.1 for SMEs holding an authorised ICT CAEN code, open through 30 September 2026. Our national pages keep those statuses current, with official links.
