IT outsourcing: the technical function of the company, on a monthly contract
User support, servers, network, security and documented access — indicatively from €300 a month for a small company with simple infrastructure.
The person who was good at everything leaves, and the router password and the domain account leave with them. IT outsourcing means the technical function of the company — users, devices, servers, network, security, access — moves onto a monthly contract, run from written procedures instead of one person’s memory. The honest comparison is not with another subscription: an IT employee costs €1,500–4,500 net a month, and the total cost to the company is indicatively double the net figure, €3,000–9,000 a month, for one person and one set of skills.
The companies that sign have between 10 and 100 employees and no IT position on the org chart. The trigger is usually one of three: the person who handled it leaves, the company crosses the point where improvisation stops working — a second site, a first server, a first audit demanded by a customer — or nobody can say where the backups are. We price nothing before the inventory: how many users, which devices, which servers and where they sit, how many locations, which licences are paid and by whom.

What you get
Several skill sets, one contract
The network is handled by a network engineer, the servers by a systems administrator, the applications by a developer — not by one employee improvising outside their specialism.
Continuity in writing
Systems, credentials and procedures are documented as a working standard. No critical piece of knowledge lives in a single head, including ours.
A predictable monthly cost
The retainer covers routine work; hardware, third-party licences and large development projects are bought separately and quoted separately.
What you get if you end the contract
The full inventory, the written procedures, credentials handed over in a controlled way, accounts already in your company name, and an agreed transition period.
What the contract covers, concretely
Support for users, from a printer to a laptop set up for a new colleague; administration of servers, network and licences; monitoring of systems and of backups, with rehearsed restores; access management when someone joins or leaves; and development of internal applications. It does not cover hardware, third-party licences or large development projects. Reaction times are agreed by severity and written into the contract rather than promised in a brochure.
A support engineer, a systems and network administrator and a developer for the internal applications work on the contract, and you have one person to talk to. We work remotely with companies across the country and travel on site where the nature of the problem requires it. On exit we hand over the inventory, the procedure documentation and the credentials, and the accounts stay in your name — hosting, domains, licences. The transition has an agreed period, so the next supplier works alongside us rather than after us.
What it costs, indicatively
Two thresholds, by the size of the company. A small company with simple infrastructure and a handful of users: from €300 a month. A company with 20–70 users, its own servers and business applications: €500–1,500 a month. The figures are indicative; they move with the number of users, how many servers there are and where they sit, how many locations, and the reaction times you ask for. On top of the retainer sit the costs you pay anyway: devices, system licences and hosting — €20–80 a month on a VPS, €50–300 a month on managed cloud.
Frequently asked questions
What does outsourced IT cost for a company?
Indicatively from €300 a month for a small company with simple infrastructure and a handful of users, and €500–1,500 a month at 20–70 users with their own servers and business applications. As a comparison point, an IT employee costs €1,500–4,500 net a month, which is €3,000–9,000 a month in total cost to the company.
What drives the price of the retainer?
How many users there are, how many servers exist and whether they sit on site or in the cloud, how many locations, whether there are internal applications to maintain, and the reaction times you require. A 15-person office running entirely in the cloud and a 60-person company with its own server are two different contracts.
What do we get back if we end the contract?
The full inventory of devices, licences and accounts; the procedure documentation written during the contract; credentials handed over in a controlled way; and the hosting, domain and licence accounts, which sit in your company name throughout. The transition has an agreed period in which the next supplier works in parallel with us.
We already have an IT person. Does outsourcing replace them?
No, and the hybrid is the most common arrangement at 30–100 people. Your internal person stays on what is specific to the company; we cover what exceeds one person — servers, security, network, development — and hold the fort during holidays. The company gains coverage and they gain someone to escalate to.
