API integrations that end the retyping
Every piece of data your staff types twice is an integration waiting to be built.
A company’s software rarely fails as individual tools — it fails in the gaps between them. The shop does not tell the ERP, the ERP does not tell the courier, the courier does not tell the customer, and people plug the gaps by retyping, exporting and emailing files. API integration is the unglamorous work that closes those gaps for good: orders flowing automatically into invoicing, stock levels synchronising across channels, shipping labels generated without a copy-paste. Our team connects ERPs, marketplaces, payment providers, courier APIs, banks and government platforms, and the craft lies in the failure paths: what happens when the remote API is down, returns nonsense, or changes without notice. We build integrations that retry, reconcile, and tell somebody when reality diverges.

What you get
Failure handled, not hoped away
Queues, retries, idempotency and alerting are standard in every integration — because the other system will go down, and your data must survive it.
Reconciliation built in
Scheduled cross-checks verify both systems still agree and surface drift before month-end does — silent divergence is the real integration killer.
Legacy systems included
No API on the old system? We integrate through databases, file exchange or managed automation — pragmatically, with the risks documented.
The integrations we are asked for most
Online shop to ERP and back. ERP to courier APIs with label generation and tracking. Payment providers to accounting, reconciled automatically. Marketplace and price-comparator feeds. Bank statement import and matching. Government platforms where filing is mandatory. CRM to email, telephony and support systems.
The interesting engineering is never the happy path. Remote systems go down mid-transaction, return fields that contradict their own documentation, rate-limit without warning and change without notice. We build with idempotent retries, dead-letter queues, reconciliation jobs that compare both sides on a schedule, and alerts that reach a person when reality diverges — because a silent integration failure is worse than no integration at all.
Frequently asked questions
Can you integrate a system that has no public API?
Usually yes — via database-level access, structured file exchange, vendor-negotiated endpoints, or interface automation as a last resort. We rank options by robustness and tell you the trade-offs of each.
What does a typical integration cost and take?
A well-documented pair of APIs connects in one to three weeks; gnarlier combinations take more. After mapping your systems we quote per connection, fixed — integrations are scoping-friendly work.
Who maintains integrations when a provider changes their API?
Under our maintenance agreement, we do — we monitor deprecation notices, test against sandbox environments and ship updates before the old version dies, so you find out from a changelog, not an outage.
