Between 10,000 and 100,000 euros per grant, a total budget of 15.38 million, four counties — Arad, Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara and Timiș: that was call PRV/1.2/1, through which the Regional Programme (Programul Regional) Vest funded SME digitalization. Submissions opened on 1 July 2025 and closed on 20 February 2026 at 12:00, under the consolidated guide approved by Decision no. 146/15.01.2026 of the Head of the PR Vest Managing Authority, and the selected projects are now moving through contracting into implementation. The minimum own contribution differs by county: 10% in Hunedoara and Caraș-Severin, 17% in Arad and 24% in Timiș. For the winners, the real test is execution: turning a funding application — often written with a consultant, under deadline pressure — into actual systems that pass acceptance and the reimbursement request. This is where the typical surprises surface: vague specifications that must be made concrete, suppliers chosen on paper who fail to deliver, expense categories that must be respected to the letter. Northdan enters at exactly this point: we develop the software component according to the approved project, flag mismatches between application and reality early (before they become eligibility problems) and hand over each phase with the documents the reimbursement process needs.

Our PRV/1.2 contract specifies a turnkey ERP — what does that mean at acceptance?

Exactly what you define now, before development: the list of modules, the flows covered, the acceptance criteria. Our recommendation is a specifications document agreed at kick-off — which we draft together — so acceptance becomes a checklist exercise, not a negotiation under reimbursement-deadline pressure.

The supplier named in our funding application no longer responds — can we switch?

Yes, under the terms of the funding contract: as a rule the procurement is redone according to the applicable procedures, and the new supplier delivers the same approved expense categories. We have taken over projects in exactly this situation; the essential part is documenting the history and informing your project officer before, not after.

When exactly did the PRV/1.2/1 submission window close?

On 20 February 2026 at 12:00, per section 4.3.2 of the consolidated guide approved by Decision no. 146/15.01.2026 of the Head of the PR Vest Managing Authority. The window had opened on 1 July 2025 at 12:00. Line 1.2's budget was committed in this single call, and no second regional SME digitalization call had been announced at the time of our check.
