On-time implementation for awarded projects — delivery, acceptance, reimbursement

For beneficiaries with a signed financing contract and a tight calendar: a disciplined sprint through to acceptance and reimbursement.

Northdan Soft is a software supplier, not a funding consultancy, and is not affiliated with any managing authority or development agency. Programme information is indicative — always check the conditions in the programme's official applicant guide.

The financing contract is signed and the money approved — yet many digitalization projects still end up racing the clock: the original supplier falls behind, the specifications prove unrealistic, or work simply never started on time. On component C9 of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), for instance, the implementation deadlines were 30.06 and 31.07.2026 respectively, with payment by 30.10.2026 — anyone who left the software for the final stretch felt that pressure directly. The On-Time Implementation Package is our answer for such situations: we take over the project wherever it stands, build a delivery plan calibrated to the deadline in your contract, develop in short sprints with weekly demonstrations, and close with an acceptance protocol, implementation reports and the supporting documents for the reimbursement request. We stay on afterwards as well: if an audit or inspection comes, the technical questions are answered by the team that built the system. Message us on WhatsApp with your deadline and current status, and we will tell you honestly whether it can still be delivered in time.

What you get

Planning backwards, from deadline to today

The delivery calendar starts from the deadline in your financing contract and leaves margin for acceptance and preparing the payment file.

Visible progress every week

Short sprints with regular demonstrations — you watch the software grow and can confirm direction while corrections are still cheap.

Acceptance and reimbursement built into delivery

The acceptance protocol, implementation reports and supporting documents are prepared alongside the software, not improvised afterwards.

Shoulder to shoulder at inspection

If the project enters audit or verification, we answer the technical questions and supply the proof of functionality requested.

When this package makes sense

You are a beneficiary with a signed financing contract — PNRR, Programul Tranziție Justă (Just Transition Programme), Femeia Antreprenor (the Women Entrepreneur programme) or another scheme — and the software component has not even started, or is moving too slowly against the calendar. Either the original supplier walked away, or the estimates were optimistic, or procurement took longer than planned.

Worth knowing: we do not promise miracles. In the first conversation we assess realistically what can be built in the time left and, if needed, propose together with your consultant a prioritization of features that keeps the indicators committed in the project.

How we work against the clock

We begin with a short project audit: the funding application, the committed specifications, whatever has been built so far. Out of that comes the delivery plan — stages, owners, dates — signed as an annex to the contract.

Development runs in sprints with verifiable intermediate deliveries; each closed stage means updated documentation, so that final acceptance is a formality rather than a paper chase.

At handover you receive the complete document set: acceptance protocol, implementation reports, user manuals and the supporting materials your consultant attaches to the reimbursement request.

Frequently asked questions

Another supplier started the project and abandoned it — can you take over the existing code?

Yes, after a prior assessment: we analyse what was built, decide what is kept and what is rewritten and fold the conclusions into the delivery plan, so you lose neither time nor the work already paid for where it is usable.

What happens if the deadline in our contract genuinely cannot be met anymore?

We tell you in the first conversation, not after signing: if the assessment shows full delivery does not fit the time left, we propose options — prioritizing the features critical for the indicators, or a conversation with the financing authority about contractual options, led by you and your consultant.

Is the package still relevant if our PNRR call has already closed?

That is precisely what it exists for: it addresses beneficiaries with contracts already signed, inside the implementation period — the call no longer accepting new projects changes nothing about your delivery obligations.

Who answers if an audit finds discrepancies between the project and the software?

The delivery plan is built directly on the specifications in your funding application precisely so discrepancies do not appear; if control bodies nonetheless request technical clarifications, we take part in the answers and provide the proof of functionality.
