Training runs on your company's own data and workflows, not on generic demos, and at the end we hand over the user documentation together with the paperwork needed for reimbursement.
How the package connects to your funding dossier
Before submission, you receive from us the technical offer with specifications and unit prices plus the budget breakdown per eligible expenditure categories — the documents your consultant attaches to the dossier. Northdan Soft is the project's software vendor; eligibility and funding strategy remain with you and your consultant.
After the financing contract is signed, we implement to the agreed schedule and deliver with an acceptance protocol, reports and the supporting documents for the reimbursement request. Throughout the project's sustainability period we provide maintenance, so the systems stay functional at any inspection.

Yes, the package is modular: together we select the components that match your company's activity and the budget lines in your programme's guide, and the breakdown reflects only what is actually delivered.
Our company already uses accounting software — do you replace it?
Not necessarily: the ERP/CRM in the package can integrate with your existing accounting solution so data moves automatically between systems, with no double entry and no need to abandon what already works.
Which documents do we receive for the project's reimbursement request?
At the end of implementation we hand over the itemized invoice matching the budget breakdown, the acceptance protocol, implementation reports and screenshots or functionality demonstrations — the set financing bodies typically request at payment.
How long does implementing the full SME Digitalization Package take?
It depends on the chosen components and the complexity of the integrations, but the schedule is fixed in the contract before the start and aligned with the implementation deadline in your financing contract, with a safety margin.
