From idea to fundable project

We start with a technical session that turns the idea into an architecture and measurable deliverables; on that basis we draft the technical offer and the budget breakdown per eligible expenditure categories — the documents your consultant places in the dossier. Northdan Soft is accountable for technical feasibility and execution; eligibility and submission strategy belong to the consultant and the official guide.

During implementation we work in stages with demonstrations, and each closed stage produces its own documents: reports, tests, partial acceptances — so the payment file builds as we go, not retroactively.

Frequently asked questions

Our company has no ICT CAEN code — can we still apply to POCIDIF 2.1?

Eligibility conditions, including the accepted CAEN codes, are set by the call's official applicant guide — check your classification with your consultant; if POCIDIF does not fit, other instruments exist for advanced technology projects, and we build the technical side identically.

We have an AI product idea but no training data — is that a blocker?

Not necessarily: in the architecture phase we assess what data exists, what can be collected in the project's first months and which approaches work with small volumes — transfer learning or synthetic data strategies enter the discussion from the outset, not after a failure.

Who owns the intellectual property of the software you develop?

Your company, per the development contract: source code, trained models and documentation are handed over at acceptance — a point financing bodies watch closely, because the investment must remain in the beneficiary's assets.

Can you support the project before the evaluation committee, at clarifications?

Yes: if the evaluation raises questions on architecture, feasibility or price reasonableness, we draft the technical answers together with your consultant, within the deadline the committee sets.
