How the process works, step by step
Day zero: you send us a project description and the name of the call on WhatsApp. The same day we schedule a structured interview of about an hour, by phone or video, clarifying the functionality, the integrations and the guide's constraints.
Days one and two: we draft the technical offer around functionality and deliverables, build the budget breakdown per eligible expenditure categories and prepare the draft contract with an implementation deadline. You receive the documents in editable format, ready to attach to the dossier.
After submission: if the consultant or the evaluators request clarifications on the technical side, the included revision round covers the adjustments.

Does your offer oblige us to develop the project with Northdan?
No. The documents are yours and you can use them with any developer you choose after signing the financing contract; if you choose Northdan Soft, you pay for development minus the value of this package.
