Start-Up Nation session 2 has been announced, with financing of up to 250,000 RON and expenses allowed through 08.12.2027 — and winning business plans almost invariably contain a well-articulated digital chapter. The founder's problem at the starting line is fragmentation: a freelancer for the website, an agency for the logo, a subscription for invoicing, nobody responsible for the whole. The Digital Start-Up Package gathers that chapter into one coherent purchase: a presentation website, basic visual identity, an online store or booking system depending on the business model, management and invoicing software connected to e-Factura (Romania's e-invoicing system), plus training with a documented handover. For the dossier, you receive our offer with specifications and unit prices and a budget breakdown aligned to the programme's structure — documents you can also use for the Comerț (Trade) or Microindustrializare (Micro-industrialization) programmes, per the official applicant guide of each. Once the plan is approved, we implement and hand over with the paperwork needed to justify the expenses. Product businesses — manufacturing, trade, import: an online store with stock, payments and courier integration, linked to the management system, so every order lowers the stock and generates the documents correctly.

On top of either variant sits the basic visual identity — logo and essential materials — so the company's presence looks consistent from day one.

Does the package also work for the Comerț or Microindustrializare programmes?

Yes — the digital components appear in those programmes' structures as well, and the breakdown adapts to the categories in each official applicant guide; tell us which programme you are submitting to and we prepare the documents in its format.

What happens to the website and systems if my plan is not selected?

Nothing obliges you to continue: the development contract is signed after you have funding confirmation, and the offer remains valid for a future session or for implementation at your own pace, from your own budget.

This is my first company and I am not technical — how hard is it to operate?

The package is designed for founders without a technical background: the systems chosen have simple interfaces, training runs on your concrete operations — an order, an invoice, a booking — and you keep short manuals plus a WhatsApp support channel.
