How a website project runs with us

A short discovery establishes who the site must convince and what you need them to do, then structure and copy come before any visual work — because a beautiful page arguing the wrong thing is an expensive mistake to discover late. Design follows as a system rather than a set of one-off screens, and you review working pages in a browser instead of static images.

Build, content loading, performance tuning and search groundwork happen together, followed by a training session for whoever will maintain the site. You leave with the domain, the hosting account, the repository and the analytics property registered to your company, plus documentation for the parts that need it. Nothing about the arrangement should make leaving us difficult.

Indicative and excluding VAT: our starting point is €700 for a site built on the structure described here. The market band runs €300–1,500 for an implemented template and €1,500–5,000 for a custom build, with dedicated functionality — accounts, bookings, payments — from €5,000 upwards. The itemised quote follows the structure analysis.

How long does a website project take?

Two to four weeks for a presentation site, and four to eight when it carries dedicated functionality — driven mainly by how fast content and feedback arrive on your side. We plan content work in parallel with design so neither blocks the other.

Will the site be multilingual?

If your market needs it, yes — we build proper multilingual structure with per-language URLs and hreflang from day one, because retrofitting languages later costs more than planning them in.
