The Femeia Antreprenor programme — the digitalization component

The implementation stage has strict rules: purchases must correspond to the approved costs, and software deliverables must be accepted and documented before the payment request. A vendor who understands the mechanics of reimbursement spares you later corrections and clarifications.

Northdan Soft delivers the project's digital component — website, stock software, configuration of IT equipment with its software — and hands over with it the documents the file needs: an invoice itemised on eligible cost lines, an acceptance protocol and, where relevant, technical documentation of the deliverable.

Our role is strictly that of software vendor: we are not funding consultants and we do not pronounce on the approval of payments. We do work naturally with your consultant, so that the figures in the budgets and the acceptance documents stay consistent with the approved project.

As at the verification date of this page, MEDAT has not confirmed a new edition of the Femeia Antreprenor programme. We do not recommend anyone taking investment decisions on the basis of an unannounced session; we do recommend preparation, because MEDAT launches usually come with short registration windows.

Concrete preparation means: a clear list of the business's digital needs, technical specifications for the desired software and a technical offer with an indicative budget by cost category. With those in hand, completing a financing application becomes a matter of days rather than weeks.

The amounts and conditions of any future edition will be established exclusively through the official guide published by MEDAT; until then, any figure circulating publicly should be treated with caution.

We do not sign acceptance documents for software that has not been delivered, and we do not issue invoices dated before delivery. When the deadline in the contract is too short for what has been asked, we say we do not fit, rather than promise a date we would miss.

We do not assess the eligibility of the company, we do not write the financing application and we do not pronounce on whether a payment will be approved. We work alongside the beneficiary’s funding consultant so that the budget, the offer and the acceptance documents stay consistent with the approved project.
