Software for transport and logistics operators
Freight margins are thin by design — the operators who survive know their cost per kilometer to the cent.
Transport is a business of thin margins and thick information flows: orders, vehicles, drivers, fuel, tolls, service intervals, delivery confirmations, client claims — all moving, all day. Operators who manage this through phone calls and spreadsheets subsidise their chaos out of margin. We build software for carriers, freight forwarders and logistics companies that makes the operation self-reporting: dispatching boards that match orders to trucks and drivers against real constraints, telematics and fuel-card data integrated so cost per kilometer per vehicle is fact rather than folklore, client portals with live shipment status and PODs that end the daily where-is-my-cargo traffic, document flows (CMRs, invoices, driver documents) that are photographed once and filed forever, and settlement that catches missing revenue — undercharged extras, unbilled waiting hours — that leaks silently in manual operations. Romanian transport firms run some of Europe’s largest fleets; building for this industry from Romania means the domain knowledge is local.

What you get
Cost per kilometer, per vehicle, real
Fuel, tolls, maintenance, driver costs and utilisation consolidated per truck — pricing decisions and fleet renewals argued from numbers.
Dispatch with constraints handled
Driving-time rules, vehicle capabilities, loading windows and driver qualifications respected automatically — fewer violations, fewer empty kilometers.
Clients informed without calling
A tracking portal with statuses and digital PODs answers the questions that otherwise occupy your dispatchers half the day.
The driver has everything on a phone
Assignment, route, documents, proof of delivery with photo and signature, and expense capture in one application that works offline — which is what finally stops paperwork travelling back to the office in a folder three days later.
Frequently asked questions
We already have telematics. What does your software add?
Telematics tells you where trucks are; it does not run your business. We integrate its data into dispatching, costing and client communication — the operational layer where the GPS dots become decisions.
Can it handle mixed operations — own fleet plus subcontractors?
Yes — subcontracted capacity is planned in the same board, with carrier settlement, document collection and performance tracking per partner, so clients see one seamless service regardless of whose truck ran.
How do drivers interact with the system?
Through a deliberately minimal app: today’s tasks, navigation handoff, status taps, document photos, digital POD signature. Multilingual, offline-tolerant, learnable in one briefing.
Do you work with courier operations as well as freight?
Both, although the software differs more than people expect: courier work is a volume and routing problem with many small stops, while freight is a cost, compliance and asset-utilisation problem. We build for whichever describes your operation, including the mixed case where you run some of each. Indicatively, a first digital dispatch desk runs 5,000–15,000 €, and the version with telematics integration, trip settlement and reporting reaches 15,000–50,000 €; those are the bands from our web-application cost guide, not a quote.
