Our foremen hate paperwork. Will they use this?
That hatred is the design brief. Reports are photos plus taps, not forms; anything derivable is pre-filled; and the foreman gets something back — their own site history and fewer phone interruptions. Pilots on one site prove it before rollout.
Can it work with our estimating and accounting software?
Yes — we integrate rather than replace: budgets flow in from estimating, approved costs flow out to accounting, and the system fills the operational gap between them.
What about subcontractor management?
Subcontractors get scoped portal access to log workforce, progress and documents against their packages — their compliance paperwork and payment applications stop living in email threads.
How long before it is running on an actual site?
We deliberately start with one live project rather than the whole company. Site reporting and cost tracking are normally in daily use within four to six weeks, and only once that site is comfortable do we roll the same setup out to the rest of the portfolio.
