Software for education providers
Education has moved online; most education software still gets in the way of both teacher and learner.
Whether you run a training academy, a private school, a university department or a course business, the software problems rhyme: enrolment and payments that should be self-service but are not, course content trapped in files and links, learner progress invisible until an exam surprises everyone, and administrative load that grows linearly with every student. We build education software on both sides of that divide — learning platforms where content, assignments, live sessions and certification flow in one place, and back-office systems handling enrolment, billing, scheduling and reporting. For commercial course providers we integrate marketing and sales funnels directly into the platform, because in that business the checkout is as important as the classroom. Engagement is the design north star throughout: software cannot make teaching good, but it can stop making learning harder.

What you get
Enrolment to certificate, self-service
Signup, payment, access, progress and certification run without manual steps — administration stops scaling with student count.
Progress visible early
Teachers and managers see engagement and completion live, per learner — intervention happens in week two, not after the failed final.
Content in one governed place
Lessons, materials, recordings and assessments live in a structured platform with versioning — not scattered across drives, links and inboxes.
E-learning under your own brand
Courses, cohorts and certificates live on your domain with your identity rather than inside a marketplace that owns the learner relationship — which matters a great deal when that learner decides where to buy the next programme.
Frequently asked questions
Should we use Moodle or something custom?
Established platforms fit standard academic teaching well; commercial course businesses usually outgrow them at the sales, branding and automation layer. We advise honestly — sometimes the answer is configuring Moodle, not paying us to build.
Can the platform sell courses, not just deliver them?
Yes — catalogue, checkout with EU VAT handling, subscriptions or cohort pricing, coupons and affiliate tracking integrate with the learning side, so purchase flows straight into access.
How do you handle minors’ data and school privacy rules?
With GDPR’s stricter regime for children as a design input: minimal collection, parental consent flows where required, EU hosting, and role-based access that keeps each teacher and parent inside their lane.
What does an owned course platform cost to run?
Hosting and video delivery for a few hundred concurrent learners typically costs less per month than the commission a marketplace takes during a single busy week. The economics turn in your favour once course revenue is regular; below that threshold a marketplace is genuinely the cheaper way to start.
