Data analytics: your numbers, finally usable
From scattered exports to one dashboard the whole management team trusts.
Most companies do not lack data — they lack one trusted place where it comes together. Sales lives in the CRM, costs in accounting software, operations in spreadsheets, and every month someone burns days reconciling them by hand. Our analytics practice builds that missing layer: pipelines that pull data from your existing tools, a warehouse that models it consistently, and dashboards that answer the questions your managers actually ask. We are based in Romania and work with clients across Europe in English, on EU contracts, in your business hours. We deliberately favour boring, proven technology — SQL, dbt-style transformations, established BI tools — because a reporting stack only creates value if your team still trusts and maintains it years from now.

What you get
One version of the truth
Revenue means the same thing in every report because metrics are defined once, in code, reviewed like any other software — not re-derived in each spreadsheet.
Built on tools you keep
We model data in SQL and standard BI platforms your own staff can learn, instead of locking you into a proprietary stack only we can operate.
Automation replaces reporting drudgery
Month-end packs that took days of copy-paste assemble themselves overnight — your analysts interpret numbers instead of collecting them.
How an analytics engagement actually runs
The first two weeks are unglamorous. We inventory every source that holds a number somebody quotes in a meeting, agree the definitions with the people who own them, and discover the three places where revenue is calculated differently. Only then do pipelines get built. The first dashboard is deliberately narrow, so that the arguments about correctness happen while the model is still cheap to change.
From there the work compounds. Each new question is a smaller increment because the modelled layer already exists, and reports that used to consume days of manual assembly start arriving before anyone asks for them. We hand over the transformation code, the documentation and the access, and we train whoever will own it internally — a reporting stack only we can operate has failed regardless of how good the charts look.
Frequently asked questions
Our data is a mess. Do we need to clean it first?
No — cleaning it is the first phase of the project. We profile your sources, fix what can be fixed in the pipeline, and give you a concrete list of the issues only a process change can solve.
Which BI tool do you recommend?
The one your licence budget and team can sustain: Power BI in Microsoft shops, Metabase or Looker Studio for lean teams. The warehouse underneath matters far more than the chart layer.
How long until we see the first dashboard?
We ship one decision-critical report early rather than modelling the entire company before showing anything, so the first dashboard is deliberately narrow. Two things outside our control set the pace: how clean the source systems are, and how quickly somebody signs off what each metric means.
