Automation for accounting practices
An accounting firm’s real product is confidence; its real cost is chasing clients for documents.
Talk to any accounting practice and the same picture emerges: highly qualified people spending their days chasing clients for missing invoices, retyping documents into ledger software, and tracking dozens of deadline calendars by hand — while clients judge the firm on how quickly someone answers a status question. We build software that attacks exactly those points. Client portals where documents are uploaded, processed by recognition automatically, and visibly tracked, so “did you get my invoices?” answers itself. Deadline engines that watch every client’s filing obligations and escalate what is at risk. Integrations that move data from bank statements and invoices into the ledger without retyping. The firm’s accountants stop being data-entry clerks with diplomas and return to the advisory work clients actually pay premium rates for.

What you get
Document chase automated
Clients upload to a portal with automatic reminders for what is missing — the monthly document hunt becomes an exception, not the job.
Data entry replaced by recognition
Invoices and statements are read automatically and land in the ledger pre-classified for review — hours per client become minutes per client.
No deadline slips through
Every client’s obligations tracked in one engine with escalating alerts — the firm’s reputation stops depending on individual memory.
The whole portfolio on one screen
Every client, their filing status, outstanding documents and the hours booked against them appear in a single view, so a partner sees where the practice is exposed this month without asking three people for a status update.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our ledger software?
No — it wraps around it. Your ledger system remains the accounting core; we automate the intake, communication and monitoring layers that surround it and consume most of your staff hours.
How do clients take to a portal?
Better than expected when it is genuinely easier than email — drag-and-drop upload, a phone camera flow for receipts, and visible processing status. Firms typically see most clients switch within two or three cycles.
Is client data safe in such a system?
It is designed for professional-secrecy standards: EU hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, per-staff access scoping, and full audit logs of who accessed which client’s file when.
Can we see profitability per client?
Yes, and it is often the most uncomfortable report we deliver. Time recorded against each client, set beside the fee agreed and the volume of documents processed, usually reveals that a small number of accounts consume a disproportionate share of the practice’s capacity.
