Software for manufacturers
Most factories know their output only at the end of the month; the profitable ones know it by the hour.
Manufacturing competitiveness increasingly lives in information flow: which order is on which machine, why line two stopped, what a batch actually cost versus its quote, whether quality data comes from measurements or from memory. We build software that gives manufacturers that visibility — planning boards that sequence orders against real capacity and material availability, shop-floor terminals where operators log production and downtime in seconds, machine data collected directly from PLCs and sensors where equipment allows, quality checkpoints wired into the flow with traceability from raw material to shipped unit, and costing that compares actual to estimated while the order is still open. We connect to the ERPs manufacturers already run rather than replacing them, filling the operational layer standard systems handle poorly. For European manufacturers, our Romanian engineering team is a short flight or a same-timezone call away — useful when the project involves standing on your actual shop floor.

What you get
Plan against real capacity
Scheduling that respects machine availability, tooling, staffing and materials — delivery dates quoted from data instead of optimism.
Downtime with reasons attached
Stops are logged with causes at the terminal, ranked weekly — improvement effort aims at the biggest measured leak, not the loudest anecdote.
Traceability end to end
Batches, suppliers and process parameters linked per unit — audit and recall questions answered in minutes, and quality claims defended with data.
The real cost of each product
Materials, machine time, labour and scrap are collected against the production order rather than estimated at year end, so the product you assumed carried your best margin can be checked against evidence — and repriced when it does not.
Frequently asked questions
Our machines are older, mixed brands. Can data still be collected?
Usually — via retrofit sensors, PLC taps or simple operator terminals for machines with no interface at all. We audit the equipment mix and are honest about the cost-benefit of automating each source.
How does this coexist with our ERP?
The ERP keeps orders, stock and finance; our layer handles execution — scheduling, floor tracking, quality — and exchanges data both ways, so accountants and operators finally look at the same truth.
What is a realistic first step for a mid-size factory?
One line, one problem — usually downtime tracking or order tracing — live within weeks. The measured result funds and shapes the rollout; factory-wide big-bang projects are how manufacturing IT gets a bad name.
Where should a small factory start?
With data collection on the bottleneck, not with a full system. One line, real start and stop times, real scrap reasons, for a month. That alone usually pays for itself in identified downtime, and it tells us which modules are worth building next instead of guessing. Indicatively, a custom management core runs 10,000–15,000 €, and adding the production module — recipes, works orders, batch traceability — takes it to 15,000–60,000 €; those are the bands from our ERP cost guide, not a quote.
