Archive of closed digitalization calls — and the live alternative for each

Half of all funding searches lead to calls that no longer exist. Rather than pretend they are alive, we archived them honestly — with the active alternative next to each.

Northdan Soft is a software supplier, not a funding consultancy, and is not affiliated with any managing authority or development agency. Programme information is indicative — always check the conditions in the programme's official applicant guide.

The Romanian web is full of pages describing in the present tense calls that died years ago, and the first casualty is the reader's time. This page does the opposite: it gathers in one place the closed digitalization calls people still search for — from Axis 2 of POR 2014-2020, the Regional Operational Programme, with its regional archives, to POCA, the administrative capacity programme, for public administration, from the large calls under PNRR, Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan, for SMEs and hospitals to the already finished 2021-2027 regional calls such as public transport digitalization in Bucharest-Ilfov — and states three verifiable things about each: what it funded, what stage it is in now (definitively closed, or closed with projects in implementation), and what the live alternative is for anyone who missed the window. Every entry in the archive keeps the link to its official source and the date of our last check, exactly like the pages for open calls. Why would a software company maintain such an archive? Because two real services live off it: the completion sprint for beneficiaries with contracted projects approaching their deadlines, and early technical preparation for the calls still to come — whoever understands what was funded yesterday knows what will be required tomorrow. For the current picture, the sister page of open calls remains the compass.

How we help

One place for everything that has closed

POR, POCA, PNRR, regional calls — the complete archive of finished digitalization funding, with individual entries and official sources.

The active alternative, next to every archive entry

No entry ends in a dead end: each closed call points to the route that is actually receiving projects now or preparing to launch.

The distinction that matters: closed vs. in implementation

A closed call with projects still running means implementation opportunities — we mark those separately, for beneficiaries and vendors alike.

Frequently asked questions

What use is an archive of calls I can no longer apply to?

Three practical things: you learn in ten seconds that a call you searched for is dead, and which live route replaces it; you understand the funding pattern in your sector so you can prepare the next project early; and if you are a beneficiary of a closed call still in implementation, you find the context and the support to finish it.

What exactly does closed — in implementation mean?

It means submission is over but the money is still working: the selected projects have contracts running, with completion deadlines and acceptance milestones ahead. For beneficiaries that is the highest-risk phase — delays cost financing — and precisely the phase where a software vendor with disciplined documentation makes the difference.

How do you decide which call goes into the archive?

The same rule as for the open-call pages: only real calls, verified against official sources — guides, managing authority or regional agency pages, beneficiary lists — with a link to the source and the check date on every entry. What we cannot verify we do not publish, not even in the past tense.
