A dedicated team that works as yours

The output of an in-house team without the hiring pipeline, employment overhead or bench risk.

A dedicated team is the closest thing to hiring your own engineers without actually hiring them: a stable group of our developers working exclusively on your product, inside your process, your repositories and your daily standups — while we carry recruitment, employment, equipment, holidays and replacement. The model suits product companies and agencies that already have their own technical leadership and a roadmap that has outrun their hiring plan. Indicatively, a dedicated developer starts at €3,000 per month and rises towards €6,500 with seniority and with how sought-after the technology is — the same cost territory as an employee once employer charges are counted, with a different risk profile. Unlike project outsourcing, you direct the work; unlike body-shopping, the same people stay on your product, and if someone does rotate, the handover runs over an overlap period agreed in the contract. Timezone overlap with EU clients is total, and English is the working language by default.

What you get

Exclusive and stable

Team members work only on your product and the same people stay on it — no silent swapping of seniors for juniors after the sales call.

Your process, your tools

The team joins your standups, your board, your code review culture — you gain capacity, not a parallel organisation to coordinate with.

Scale both directions

Grow the team ahead of a release or reduce it after launch, on the notice period agreed in the contract — flexibility no employment contract gives you.

How the collaboration works

You define the roles and the seniority, interview candidates from our team and our recruitment pipeline, and approve who joins. The team then works inside your process — your board, your repositories, your standups, your definition of done — while we carry employment, equipment, holidays, sick cover and replacement. In practice you direct engineers without taking on an employer’s risk.

Continuity is contractual rather than aspirational. If somebody rotates off, the handover runs over an overlap period agreed in the contract, and knowledge lives in documentation instead of in one person’s memory. Scaling works in both directions with an agreed notice period, which is what makes the arrangement attractive when a roadmap accelerates or a funding round slips by a quarter.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ordinary outsourcing?

In outsourcing we manage a deliverable; in a dedicated team you manage the people and priorities day to day. It fits product companies with their own technical leadership who need execution capacity, not turnkey delivery.

Can we interview the developers first?

Expected, in fact. You see CVs, interview candidates and approve every member before they join. If the fit turns out wrong later, the replacement runs as a documented handover with an overlap period agreed in the contract, so the context moves across rather than leaving with the person.

Who owns the work the team produces?

You do, comprehensively: code goes into your repositories under your accounts from day one, and the contract assigns all IP to you. The team’s knowledge is documented continuously precisely so nothing lives only in heads.

How does this compare with a fixed-price project?

A fixed price suits work you can specify completely in advance: it buys certainty at the cost of flexibility, since every change becomes a variation order. A dedicated team suits an evolving roadmap — you pay for capacity and redirect it freely, but you carry the scope risk. Companies with a live product almost always end up in the second model.
