At the right scale — dozens of services, multiple teams, strict availability requirements — it is the infrastructure holding everything up and the standard every cloud has aligned on. But we call things by their name, even when it costs us projects: Kubernetes is one of the most oversold technologies of the decade. Its operational complexity is real and permanent, and a company with two or three stable applications pays an administrative tax for capabilities it never uses. Our services therefore start with the question "do you need it?": when the answer is yes, we build properly managed clusters on cloud-managed services; when it is no, we say so openly and propose the simple option that suffices.

Does our company need Kubernetes?
Our orienting threshold: dozens of containerized services, multiple teams shipping independently, or contractual availability requirements. Below it, Docker with simple runtime tools covers the need at a fraction of the complexity — and we tell you so directly.
Self-hosted cluster or managed cloud service?
Almost always managed — EKS, AKS or GKE: the provider maintains the critical components while your team focuses on applications. Self-hosting on your own servers only under strict data-sovereignty constraints or large-scale cost math.
Who runs the cluster after implementation?
Two options: we train your team during the project with complete operational documentation, or we keep administration under a maintenance contract with monitoring and response. What we never recommend: a cluster without a clear owner.
